- We will gladly accept returns for any unopened or gently used items within 30 days of purchase through our website. If you're not completely satisfied with an item for any reason, you may ship it back to us.
- Returns must be accompanied by all original components. Your order confirmation email.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be issued. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank.
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS
- In order to return an item, which was purchased online, you need to contact our customer support at lippariscosmetics@gmail.com for a prepaid shipping label. In order to receive a prepaid shipping label, you will need to provide us with your order number, the product(s) you would like to return, the reason(s) for the return (if defective, please specify the defect) and your zip code. Issuance of a prepaid shipping label does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection.
- 1. Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- 2. Include the invoice.
- Once you receive the prepaid shipping label from us, place the printed prepaid return label to the outside of the box and ship it back to us (drop at the relevant carrier based on the printed label).
- Any risk related to the return of the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.
- We monitor return activity and reserve the right to deny returns that, in our sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost following a report of non-receipt. Returns that are denied will not be returned to you.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please send us an email to lippariscometics@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include the following information for fastest service.
o Order Number
o Item Description.
o Picture of the damage or defect.
o Picture of the outer shipping box indicating any damage or wear
o Picture of the shipping label located on the shipping box.
- Please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection.
- If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a replacement. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. However, any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
